Welcome to our Triple B Farms Website. We are a family operation, Samantha my wife, Joshua my oldest, and Baxter our little one. At Triple B Farms we focus on three breeds, Angus, Simmental, and Maine Anjou. We then selectively breed these cattle to bring out their best qualities when crossed. They are treated like commercial cattle in every sense. We have two annual production sales per year, one in the Spring called "Grasstime Sale" where we sell bulls and fall bred females, and show calves. In the Fall we have a "Cowtime Sale" where we sell show calves and bred females. Both are held in Wahoo, Nebraska.
I grew up surrounded by livestock, and the marketing of livestock. My father has owned and operated Pender Livestock Inc. since 1969, and Wahoo Livestock Commission Co. since 1989. Both are markets selling all classes of livestock. I have always been involved in the care taking and marketing of livestock, and credit any success on the realistic approach as to the true value of cattle is what someone is willing to bid on them.
Samantha is a Library-Media Specialist at Lyons-Decatur Northeast, Josua will graduate from Pender Public High School in May of 2008, and Baxter is keeping us all going. I also work for the Agri-Medai Livestock group, where I am a field representative for the Midwest Messenger, and the Midwest Producer.
